SharePoint Production Consultant

Our client is relaunching ai.hub. To support this strategic initiative, we are looking for a SharePoint Production Consultant with strong UI/UX capabilities and solid experience working in enterprise‑restricted SharePoint environments.The consultant will be part of a high‑execution team and collaborate with communication specialists, designers, and the AI Upskilling & Adoption team. The focus is on fast, high‑quality execution rather than long discovery phases.Key ResponsibilitiesExtend and further develop the existing ai.hub SharePoint siteIntegrate global AI-related content into a coherent site structureImplement tracking, analytics and reporting capabilitiesSet up and optimise SharePoint search functionalitiesEnsure intuitive navigation, strong UI/UX and user‑friendly designAdapt design elements in collaboration with a graphic designerWork closely with communication consultants on content placement and alignmentSupport global roll-out of training materials, templates, and resourcesRequired Experience & SkillsExperience with SharePoint Online production and site buildingStrong UI/UX understanding and ability to translate requirements into clean, structured layoutsAbility to implement tracking, analytics and search featuresSolid understanding of content management and structure for large user groupsHigh AI literacy and interest in AI‑driven productivity toolsLocation: Greater Copenhagen (Hybrid)Start: ASAPDuration: 3 months
