SummaryThe main purpose of this role is to monitor, support, and enhance logistics execution applications, driving improvements in operations through effective technology integration.Responsibilities:Monitor & support current Logistics Execution applications.Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues.Support end users and maintain up-to-date technical and user documentation.Coordinate tasks with external providers of managed services.Identify opportunities to enhance functionality and performance of logistics execution applications.Provide technical guidance throughout project phases from preparation to delivery.Design and implement new IT solutions.Optimize integration between different applications.Integrate new applications and/or logistics service providers.Upgrade software solutions where necessary.Interact with key stakeholders in both business and IT contexts.Be available on-call on a rotating schedule for major incidents outside working hours.Key Requirements:Bachelor/master’s degree in Information Technology/Information Systems.Proven experience in supply chain software and tools.Senior expertise in SAP Logistics Execution (SAP LE) and connectivity/integration technologies.Strong integration experience with other SAP modules (Sales & Distribution, Inventory/Warehouse Management).Nice to Have:Experience in mobility solutions in logistics (Neptune-based solutions).Knowledge in Transport Management Systems (TMS) and Fleet/Yard Management Systems (YMS).Exposure to Agile methodology.Knowledge of export compliance evaluations (ITAR, Dual-use, etc.).Other Details:Location: Primarily CET time zone.Team Structure: Interaction with various stakeholders including supply chain product managers and IT experts.Work Schedule: On-call rotating availability for emergencies.
