Description

Summary: This role is designed to manage and enhance SAP security and identity management systems, ensuring compliance with both regulatory requirements and industry best practices. The SAP Security & Authorization Expert plays a crucial role in safeguarding business processes and data within the organization.Responsibilities:Manage SAP IDM solution for identity management and user provisioning.Develop GRC rule sets (SOD), workflows, and approvers for user provisioning/de-provisioning, authentication/authorization/emergency access, and access recertification.Conduct SoD analysis and remediation across SAP environments.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements such as, SOX, and other industry standards.Act as a security subject matter specialist, providing in-depth application support to project team members.Design and build SAP Security and GRC solutions.Perform maintenance and support of SAP Security & GRC and SAP IDM modules.Adhere to a work schedule primarily in CET time zone.Be available on-call on a rotating schedule to handle major issues outside of working hours (Mon to Fri).Key Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.Extensive experience with SAP Security, SAP GRC 10.1 and 12, and SAP IDM.Hands-on experience with Segregation of Duties (SoD) compliance including SAP GRC rule set, MSMP, and BRF+ workflow configuration.Strong understanding of SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD) and associated controls frameworks (e.g., SAP GRC).Experience with maintaining GRC risk library, roles and authorizations (R/3/ECC, BW4HANA, S4HANA), and user administration.Nice to Have:Advanced degrees or professional certifications (e.g., CISA, CISM, CISSP).Understanding of risk management applications in various business areas and processes.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Strong technical breadth and depth with a focus on researching new technologies and industry trends.Experience leading complex root cause analysis and problem-solving teams.Other Details:Teamwork: Ability to effectively work as part of a team in large Enterprise systems.Problem-Solving: Demonstrates proactive problem management capabilities.Communication: Excellent oral and written communication skills to explain technology solutions in business terms.
