Product Owner OT Scada

We are looking for a consultant to take on the role of Product Owner

• OT SCADA. The assignment is planned for a duration of two years.The consultant will provide hands-on functional leadership and guidance to the OT SCADA team (currently six experienced engineers), ensuring efficient execution of daily activities across assets in operation and development.Main ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders (projects and operations across all business units) and external suppliersTranslate business needs and portfolio priorities into clear, actionable tasks for the teamManage and prioritize the team backlog, balancing competing stakeholder requirements while aligning with strategic objectivesDrive continuous improvement and standardization of OT SCADA products, tools, processes, and proceduresOversee integration and lifecycle management of SCADA systemsLead and support incident resolution, including corrective and preventive actionsPromote proactive monitoring to minimize downtime and improve asset availabilityRepresent stakeholder interests and ensure compliance with security policies and regulatory requirementsFoster collaboration and continuous learning within the teamEnsure OT SCADA capabilities support strategic objectives for asset reliability and data-driven decision-makingKey RequirementsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in:Renewable Energy Systems, Systems Engineering, Power Systems, Information Systems, Electrical/Energy Engineering, Control/Automation Engineering, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Computer ScienceCoursework or practical exposure to:Industrial Control Systems (ICS)Communication protocolsData integrationOT–IT convergenceCybersecurity principlesAgile / Product Ownership certifications (highly desirable)Scrum Product Owner certifications (PSPO or CSPO)SAFe Product Owner / Product Manager (POPM) and Project Management certifications (PMP or PMI-ACP)OT Cybersecurity certifications (ISA/IEC 62443) or equivalent ICS security trainingVendor-specific SCADA experience with Siemens Gamesa and Vestas SCADA systemsNice to HaveDanish, Dutch, or German language skillsExperience working in multi-disciplinary teamsPrevious experience in the renewable energy sectorOther DetailsThe consultant can be based in JutlandUp to 50% remote work is possible after the initial onboarding phaseOccasional travel to other locations may be required
