SAP SuccessFactors Security Expert

Summary:The main function of the SAP SuccessFactors Security Expert is to design and manage security configurations within the SAP SuccessFactors environment, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.Responsibilities:Design, implement, and manage SAP SuccessFactors security roles, profiles, and permissions.Perform regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with security configurations.Collaborate with HR and IT teams to define and enforce role-based access controls (RBAC).Ensure data protection and confidentiality within SAP SuccessFactors modules, adhering to compliance standards (, SOX, etc.).Provide expert advice and support regarding security best practices and troubleshooting.Manage system upgrades and patches, ensuring no disruption to security configurations.Support the implementation and maintenance of SAP SuccessFactors globally.Lead projects to enhance system security and performance, and conduct user training as necessary.Be available on-call on a rotating schedule for major issues outside of working hours, Monday to Friday.Key Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors security, with at least 5 years at a senior level.Extensive experience with SAP SuccessFactors security configurations.Strong understanding of HR processes integration with SAP SuccessFactors security.In-depth knowledge of data laws and compliance frameworks (, SOX).Nice to Have:SAP SuccessFactors certification (Security or similar).Experience with other SAP modules or HRIS platforms.Knowledge of system integrations, data migration, and interface management.Other Details:Location: Primarily CET working hours.Availability: On-call rotating schedule.
