Industry: BankingLocation: hybrid model 1x/week in office in Gdańsk, Gdynia or WarszawaRate: up tp 155 zl/h net+vatType of contract: B2BSummary: This position requires an experienced Project Manager with 8-10 years of end-to-end project management leadership, specifically in large-scale, complex IT environments. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to lead cloud migration projects with strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid, and SAFe methodologies. Expertise in managing budgets of $5M-$20M, vendor relationships, and stakeholder management is essential.Main Responsibilities:As a Project Manager, your core duty will be to define and manage the project roadmap along with governance models. Key responsibilities include:Define roadmap, milestones, and governance modelDefine, plan, and execute program/project plansDirect large-scale technical projects with multiple stakeholdersManage application, data, and infrastructure migration projectsDrive Agile release and sprint governanceBuild and manage program budgets and cloud spend trackingRun Steering Committees and executive reportingMaintain RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) and mitigation strategiesEnsure security, compliance, and audit readinessManage change, adoption, and training plansOversee vendors, managed service providers (MSPs), and system integratorsDefine acceptance criteria for deliverables and oversee sign-offTrack and report project team performance and deliverable qualityBuild in time for risk mitigation and optimal resource utilizationManage multiple projects simultaneously with agility and proactivityCollaborate with cloud architects, engineers, and business leadersDevelop and execute communication, training, and post-delivery support plansKeep PMO, Program, and Portfolio Managers informed; escalate risks/issues as neededFacilitate SAFe ceremonies (PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, demos) within Agile Release TrainsKey Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Project Management, or a directly related field8-10 years of project management experienceProven ability to lead projects in complex IT environmentsExperience in Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid, and SAFe methodologiesStrong exposure to cloud programs: AWS, Azure, GCPCloud migration knowledgeUnderstanding of DevOps, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/ARM/CFN)Financial management experience with budgets between $5M-$20MVendor and contract management experienceAwareness of risk, compliance, and security standards: Executive stakeholder management abilitiesProficiency with MS Project, JIRA, Azure DevOps, Power BI, PPMAbility to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersNice to Have:Additional certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PMI-ACP)Experience in leading cross-functional teamsFamiliarity with emerging cloud technologiesStrong problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills
