A client within the construction industry has identified a business need to transition from an existing Lime CRM desktop client to the modern Lime CRM web client in order to improve usability, customer engagement, and long-term platform sustainability.The objective of this initiative is to replace the outdated desktop-based CRM solution with the Lime CRM web client, ensuring alignment with the client’s strategic direction. The transition will mitigate risks related to unsupported software, safeguard return on previous CRM investments, and establish a stable and scalable CRM platform capable of supporting long-term business development and cross-organizational collaboration.Project success will be measured through user adoption rates, improved customer data management, and the platform’s ability to support strategic decision-making across multiple business areas and countries.Start: 2026-02-16End: 2027-01-31Location: Stockholm, 2-3 days/week at the officeScope, Results & ResponsibilitiesProject Management ResponsibilitiesThe consultant will have end-to-end responsibility for project delivery, including but not limited to:Driving and owning project deliverablesCreating and maintaining detailed project plans, timelines, and milestonesEnsuring scope, risks, dependencies, and issues are identified, documented, and actively managedLeading Nordic rollout planning across multiple business areas and countriesCoordinating rollout activities for Building (SE, FI, DK, NO), Infrastructure, and related entitiesCoordinating integrations, data flows, access management, and event handlingSecuring cross-functional alignment across Business, IT, Business Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, and external suppliersEnsuring architectural alignment with enterprise and solution design forumsFacilitating workshops, requirements discussions, and decision-making forumsManaging vendor coordination during the preparation phaseDriving User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning and execution across countriesEnsuring delivery of Business Analytics MVP reportsPreparing steering committee material and securing timely decision-makingBusiness Change Management ResponsibilitiesDeveloping a comprehensive Business Change Management (BCM) plan for both Prepare and Execute phasesLeading stakeholder mapping covering approximately 400+ usersDefining change impacts together with business architects and country representativesSupporting and coordinating a super-user networkDriving communication strategy and training planningExecuting readiness assessments ahead of rollout wavesSupporting adoption measurement and benefits realization trackingExpected Delivery OutcomesThe assignment is expected to result in:Lime CRM web client made available to all relevant business areasEstablishment of a new Lime CRM database for one of the Nordic marketsIntegration of the Lime CRM web client with the client’s central integration platformHarmonized and standardized data definitions and data structures across countries and business unitsGovernance & ManagementThe assignment will be governed by a Project Owner and managed through:Weekly PMO synchronization meetingsMonthly Steering Committee meetingsFormal approval of deliverables by the Project Owner and Steering CommitteeTime Period & AvailabilityAssignment period: 15 February 2026

The consultant must adhere to the client’s information security classification and ensure that all materials are stored in designated and approved project repositories.Required Competence & ExperienceProven project management and leadership experience in complex, cross-functional environmentsProven business change management experienceExperience working according to the PPS project model and PROSCI business change methodologyTechnical background with experience leading transitions from desktop-based solutions to web-based platformsFluent in Swedish and English
