Introduction & SummaryThe eCommerce Account Executive Consultant is tasked with prospecting new clients and managing the existing client base, specializing in electronic invoicing. Candidates should possess a strong understanding of product specifications to effectively tailor solutions for clients while enhancing sales and fostering durable relationships.Main ResponsibilitiesContact potential clients to promote our products and services.Search for new potential clients.Maintain strong client relationships.Meet sales targets.Build and maintain client relationships.Create compelling sales arguments.Sell the company’s products and services.Complete documentation related to sales.Conduct research on competitors’ services.Demonstrate technical features and benefits of our products.Advise clients on technology updates and related products.Generate purchase orders and sales revenue.Participate in product training courses and seminars.Key RequirementsAcademic Background: Degree in Management, Marketing or similar fields.Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar roles.Proven experience in sales, developing client-focused and viable solutions.Good knowledge (oral and written) of Portuguese.Good knowledge (oral and written) of English.Excellent communication and presentation skills across all organizational levels.Strong customer orientation and goal-oriented focus.Resilience, proactivity, and a critical thinking mindset.Good knowledge of MS Office and Salesforce CRM (preferred).Knowledge of electronic invoicing (preferred).Nice to HaveKnowledge of electronic invoicing systems.Experience with Salesforce CRM.Good knowledge (oral and written) of Spanish is valued.Other DetailsThis role is suited for candidates looking to work in a dynamic environment with a focus on sales in eCommerce.
