We are seeking five experienced consultants to support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and parallel run activities for the GFRI (Group Finance Reporting Infrastructure) program.GFRI is a new group-level finance and reporting IT solution that will replace or complement existing production systems. Prior to go-live, extensive validation is required to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and functional correctness compared to the current production environment.The assignment focuses on data validation, functional analysis, and comparative testing between the existing (“as-is”) production data model and the new GFRI data model.Start: ASAPEnd: 2026-12-31Location: Stockholm, 3 days/week at the officeAssignment ObjectivesValidate the quality, correctness, and completeness of data in the new GFRI solutionEnsure functional alignment between current production data and GFRI outputsSupport business sign-off during UAT and parallel run phasesKey ResponsibilitiesPerform sanity checks on data in the new GFRI data modelConduct comparative testing of attributes and values between:Current production (“as-is”) systemsNew GFRI data modelsAnalyze and explain differences in data outcomesAssess and define acceptable deviations based on:Functional understanding of finance and reporting dataKnowledge of the relevant subject areasDocument findings, deviations, and conclusions to support UAT sign-offCollaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and test leads during UAT and parallel run executionRequired Competence & ExperienceMust-Have SkillsStrong SQL skills (data analysis, validation, reconciliation)Python or R for data analysis and validationExperience working with complex data modelsFunctional understanding of banking or financial reporting dataExperience working in UAT and/or parallel run phases of large IT programsNice-to-Have SkillsKnowledge of Basel regulations, preferably within the Capital domainExperience with regulatory or group finance reporting solutionsRole ProfileThe ideal consultant has a strong combination of:Technical data analysis skillsFunctional understanding of financial and regulatory dataAnalytical mindset with attention to detailAbility to explain data deviations clearly to business stakeholdersExperience working in structured testing environments
