SummaryThe Project Manager is integral to the Trading Projects, Derivatives & Clearing team, focusing on ensuring effective project management for derivatives and post-trade initiatives.Main ResponsibilitiesAs a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing complex project deliveries in line with organizational standards.Manage complex projects from initiation to operational stages, adhering to the Group’s Project Management policies.Coordinate activities with project teams to translate business requirements into operational plans.Plan, schedule, monitor, and report project activities and deliverables, while managing the project lifecycle.Collaborate with Product Owners to draft and finalize project descriptions and requirements.Track IT delivery and ensure project governance, including committee meetings and progress reporting.Develop and maintain project economics, including budget and staffing requirements.Identify and manage project risks and issues, providing solutions to open challenges.Communicate effectively with all stakeholders and monitor customer readiness and regulatory requirements.Key RequirementsMinimum 5 years project management experience.Proficient in drafting documents, managing Excel trackers, and creating presentations.Strong communication and organizational skills.Proven stakeholder management and leadership capabilities.Ability to analyze problems and propose solutions.Nice to HavePMP certification.Knowledge of financial markets.Experience in an international and culturally diverse organization.Fluency in English plus French or Italian.Other DetailsDepartment: Trading Projects, Derivatives & ClearingReports to: Head of Trading Projects, Derivatives & ClearingLocation: Hauts de Seine (92)Full Time Onsite (remote work 1 day/week)
