Senior Release Manager for CRM Project

Summary: The primary goal of the Senior Release Manager role is to oversee the release of CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365, coordinating across various teams to ensure successful deployments.Responsibilities:Coordinate and manage releases of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.Develop and maintain a dependency matrix to ensure coverage across squads.Act as the primary liaison with the vendor's Release and Test Manager.Plan and execute release management processes, including follow-ups.Ensure effective communication and project management.Key Requirements:8+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM releases.Proficiency in validating both OOTB features and custom configurations/extensions.Experience managing release cycles across development, QA, and operations teams.Comprehensive knowledge of hybrid deployment models and change management processes.Strong collaboration skills with internal business units and third-party vendors.Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project methodologies.Expertise in release and test management tools like JIRA or ServiceNow.Nice to Have:Experience in coordinating across various development teams.Extensive vendor management experience.Knowledge of innovative business solutions in a large IT environment.Other Details:Location: Copenhagen/Aarhus, Denmark (onsite at least 3 days/week)Project Duration: Start on XXX-XXX-XXXX, End on XXX-XXX-XXXX.
