This role requires strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), IAM/IGA platforms, and modern authentication standards. A snapshot of your key responsibilities: Identity & Access ManagementDesign, implement, and operate IAM solutions using Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)Manage users and service accounts across cloud and hybrid environmentsConfigure and maintain:Conditional Access policiesMFA and passwordless authenticationIdentity Protection policiesSupport B2B and B2C identity scenariosImplement identity lifecycle management (Joiner–Mover–Leaver) IAM/IGA PlatformsWork with EmpowerID or similar platforms (e.g. SailPoint, Saviynt, One Identity)Design and manage:Role-based access models and entitlementsApproval workflows and access governanceAutomated provisioning and de-provisioning processes Architecture & IntegrationsDesign identity architectures (centralized, federated, hybrid)Apply Zero Trust security principlesImplement and support:SSO integrations using SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OpenID ConnectFederated identity solutionsCreate and maintain architectural documentation:High-Level Designs (HLD)Low-Level Designs (LLD)Architecture diagrams and decision records Cloud & SecurityWork within the Microsoft Azure ecosystem, with a strong focus on identity and security servicesApply security best practices:Least privilegeSeparation of dutiesIdentity governance and complianceSupport audits and access reviews (ISO 27001, SOC 2,
