emagine is looking for a senior Test lead with experience of leading large test initiatives to one of our nordic banking clients. Start: 2026-02-01End: 2026-12-31Location: Stockholm (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)For this role there is a MatrixAbout the assignment:The area of Custody is running a major transformation, implementing a new IT platform that will support our business and operation in future proofing the services in the area. You will get the opportunity to contribute to the transformation by working with testing and quality in this initiative.Profile:Looking for a senior Test lead with experience of leading large test initiatives.As a Test lead for this initiative you will set and maintain the test strategy and approach for the initiative (incl test automation direction). You will lead the testing effort and initially also look into the needed staffing. On the way you will onboard new staff (testers/test analysts, test automation experts). You will plan the test effort and set the structure for the testing effort.In your work you will interact with many different stakeholders (Project Manager, Product Owners, Architects, Tech Lead, IT development teams and the main Vendor).Experience of leading large test initiative E2E.Skills/requirements:· You have strong problem-solving skills and is structured and with excellent attention to detail.· You have experience of working with complex systems and/or large/complex projects and thrive in a fast-paced environment.· You are used to networking and using your excellent communicative ability when working with stakeholder management in several areas.· You like to work both independently and with others and can work under tight deadlines while maintaining multiple tasks/projects and in this to do and apply sound prioritizations.· As a person you have a strong drive and like to take initiatives and you can define a task XXXX XXXX initially is not fully clarified. · You are pragmatic, adaptable and prestige less.· You have a technical background· It is also an extra plus if you have some knowledge within the Custody & Securities domain· Looking for a Test lead, that will provide expertise knowledge and support for test automation, performance testing and migration testing. · Part of assignment will be to mentor/guide system and acceptance testers in how to test efficiently in a large program like NGC.· You will also be responsible for hands-on work with integration testing and providing capabilities for test automation.· You will work towards stakeholders as Program Test Lead, Chief Product Owners, Product Owners, Architects, Tech Leads, Tech teams, Project Managers and Managers.
