Key responsibilities include:Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.Collaborate with technical teams to implement solutions.Develop process models and functional specifications.Utilize requirements management tools (Jira, Confluence) effectively.Perform backlog refinement and prioritize tasks accordingly.Analyze data and create insightful reports.Document and maintain traceability of requirements.Write clear and comprehensive specifications.Build agents for business using Copilot Studio.Key Requirements7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.Strong skills in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.Excellent communication skills to coordinate between business and technical teams.Experience in process modeling and creating functional specifications.Knowledge of prioritization techniques and backlog refinement practices.Proficient in data analysis and reporting.Familiarity with requirements management tools (Jira, Confluence).Experience with ALM (IBM) suite for requirements documentation.Strong writing and redactional skills.Nice to HaveCertifications such as CBAP or PMI-PBA are a plus.Experience with Copilot Studio for building agents.Other DetailsThis position offers flexibility in terms of remote work arrangements and is designed for professionals looking to excel in a dynamic environment.
