Introduction & Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with over 7 years of experience, specifically in utilizing Copilot Studio for developing business agents. The ideal candidate will possess a strong ability to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, and possess effective communication skills to facilitate collaboration between business and technical teams.Main Responsibilities:As a Business Analyst, your core duties will include:Gather and document business requirements effectively.Analyze and model business processes.Create functional specifications for project development.Utilize prioritization techniques and assist in backlog refinement.Perform data analysis and generate reports for stakeholders.Manage requirements using tools like Jira and Confluence.Develop documentation for requirements traceability using ALM suite.Write clear and precise specifications.Key Requirements:To qualify for this role, candidates must have:7+ years of relevant experience.Strong experience in Copilot Studio skills.Ability to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.Excellent communication skills for bridging business and technical teams.Experience in process modeling and functional specifications.Knowledge of prioritization techniques and backlog refinement.Understanding of data analysis and reporting.Proficiency with requirements management tools (Jira, Confluence).Familiarity with the ALM (IBM) suite (RNG, EWM, ETM).Strong redactional skills for writing specifications.Nice to Have:Preferred qualifications include:Certifications such as CBAP or PMI-PBA.Other Details:This position may involve remote work and is suitable for those looking to work in a dynamic business environment.
