AI Technical Lead

Introduction & Summary:We are seeking an experienced AI Technical Lead with over 7 years of expertise in solution design and architecture validation. The ideal candidate will possess a strong coding background and a proven ability to enforce code quality standards. A solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments, specifically in Azure, is essential. The successful candidate will also demonstrate the ability to mentor developers and lead technical discussions, ensuring adherence to security and performance best practices.Main Responsibilities:In this role, you will be responsible for leading technical initiatives and managing development processes. Key responsibilities include:Mentoring developers and ensuring adherence to best practices in coding.Overseeing code quality through effective code reviews and merge request management.Deg and validating architecture solutions.Implementing CI/CD practices and managing DevOps tools.Integrating with ALM (IBM) suite to streamline development lifecycle processes.Facilitating technical discussions to guide teams towards successful project outcomes.Key Requirements:7+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on AI technologies.Deep expertise in solution design and architecture validation.Strong coding skills with a focus on maintaining code quality standards.Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments (Azure preferred).Knowledge of security and performance best practices.Proficiency in GitLab and CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins).Experience in Python and full-stack development.Nice to Have:Certifications such as Azure Architect or TOGAF are a plus.Other Details:This position offers flexible working arrangements, including remote options and is suited for candidates who thrive in dynamic and innovative environments.
