Summaryemagine is looking for, for one of its client, 3 BA to analyze business needs, write specifications, and support AI delivery as part of an RFP initiative.Main ResponsibilitiesGather, analyze, and document business requirements.Serve as a bridge between business and technical teams with strong communication.Engage in process modeling and developing functional specifications.Utilize prioritization techniques and refine backlogs.Conduct data analysis and reporting.Use requirements management tools like Jira and Confluence.Document requirements via ALM (IBM) suite (RNG, EWM, ETM).Write effective specifications with strong redactional skills.For one profile, leverage Copilot Studio to develop business Agents.Collaborate effectively in hybrid environments (onsite + remote).Work on enterprise-scale projects involving multiple stakeholders.Key RequirementsExperience in writing business specifications.Strong communication skills to liaise between teams.Proficiency in process modeling and functional specifications.Experience with requirements management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).Familiarity with ALM (IBM) tools (RNG, EWM, ETM).Strong redactional skills.Experience in data analysis and reporting.Skills in Copilot Studio.Certifications such as CBAP or PMI-PBA.Fluent in English.Other DetailsLocation: Ile-de-France (93)Hybrid (onsite + remote)
