Are you an experienced Kinaxis Maestro Specialist with proven expertise in global enterprise environments?emagine has an opportunity for you to support and enhance Kinaxis Maestro rollouts and provide critical L2 support as part of a collaborative global team.Skills & ExperienceKinaxis Maestro expertise in global enterprise environments (mandatory).Strong understanding of SAP supply chain processes and SAP-Maestro integration.SailPoint experience preferred.Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a global IT and Supply Chain team.Must be European Nationals based in Europe. Key Tasks & DeliverablesL2 Support: Troubleshoot and resolve functional/technical issues across all environments; perform root cause analysis; escalate to Kinaxis when necessary.Configuration & Changes: Implement minor changes, maintain master data, and recommend process optimizations.Security & Compliance: Support log management, SailPoint integration, and cybersecurity compliance activities.Deployments: Participate in go-live planning, cutover support, and hypercare activities for planned rollouts.Maintain up-to-date configuration documentation, SOPs, and close existing gaps.
