Start: ASAP / 4 weeks Industry: ConsultingRemote work: 100%Project language: EnglishContract length: 12-month contracts + prolongationsRate: 175-190 PLN/h netto + VATAssignment type: B2BSummary: The DevOps Tech Lead will play a pivotal role in a strategic project focused on developing an advanced agent orchestration platform. This initiative involves multiple teams and business lines, with the primary goal of integrating various agents and MCP servers to enhance service offerings.Responsibilities:Design and construction of infrastructure architecture for a new agent orchestration platform.Creating the foundations of CI/CD, automation, and operational standards for the entire project.Select technologies, tools, and DevOps best practices tailored for a multi-agent environment.Coordinate the efforts of a growing DevOps team (currently being assembled).Work directly with technical leaders, overseeing the involved teams.Ensure infrastructure consistency across the various business and technology teams involved.Participate in platform development planning and defining operational standards for MCP agents and servers.Key Requirements:Experience as a DevOps Lead / Senior DevOps Engineer / Site Reliability Engineer.Practical knowledge of cloud technologies (MS Azure).Proficiency in CI/CD, Automation, and IaC (Terraform, CDK, Pulumi, etc.).Experience in deg scalable system architectures.Ability to coordinate teams and collaborate with technical leaders.Previous experience in AI/agent systems is a plus.Nice to Have:Proficiency in additional cloud platforms.Experience with other automation tools beyond the mentioned ones.Previous role in large-scale DevOps initiatives.Other Details:Project Environment: The project is conducted in collaboration with multiple international teams, involving numerous technical components and stakeholders.Project Stage: At an early stage, thus allowing for significant influence over design choices such as:Infrastructure architecture,Technology selection,DevOps team workflows, andOperational and process standards.
