Senior Data Scientist with MLOps and AgenticAI Experience in Production

This is a high-impact and hands-on role within our AI and Analytics team, focused on shaping and scaling our AI/ML and GenAI systems. Your mission is to be a core part of the team building the foundation behind the company's simulations. Your focus will be on tech lead responsibilities as well as proactive contributions to define and build high-value ML, LLMs, and Agentic models which will impact company KPIs.You will:Act as staff data scientist and AI/tech lead for the teamContribute with hands-on coding in PythonContribute to building AI & GenAI product vision and roadmap together with stakeholdersDesign and build AI architecture for all solutions and use cases that are developedDesign and build the Agentic architectures and effectively integrate and guide state-of-the-art LLMs and Agentic AI.Lead and implement MLOps best practices, overseeing the complete ML development lifecycle from PoC to production, deployment, and integrationRequirements:Strong software engineering fundamentals and a commitment to building high-quality, maintainable, and production-ready code.Hands-on experience with Agentic frameworks, serverless platforms, and real-time LLMs orchestration systems.Deeply engaged with the bleeding edge of AI innovation, with hands-on experience applying recent advancements (within the last ~6 months) to practical, interactive systems.Hands-on experience building with or fine-tuning open-source models is a major plus.Hands-on experience with AWS engineering or other cloud platforms is a big plus.Background in engineering, mathematics, physics, or computer science is required.Experience developing or applying traditional ML models in big enterprises is strongly preferred.Other Details:Start: AsapLength: 6 months with room for extensionLocation: Stockholm 2-3 days on site/week
