If that sounds like you, look below!Your future team?We are building two cool mobile applications that have been rolled out globally within production. Their purpose is to share knowledge and improve production output.What you will doYou will act as a design consultant on Helperly and Digital Checklist, leading the design and continuous improvement of all UX aspects.The user insights you gather will be crucial in scoping the projects and increasing end-user awareness in the organization; therefore, great stakeholder management skills are key to success in this role.As a Senior UX/UI Design Consultant, your responsibilities will be to:Design high-quality user journeys and data input flows that raise the standard of design excellence and set benchmarks for quality within the product.Create wireframes, storyboards, and prototypes to illustrate design concepts and user flows.Collaborate daily with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers to create cohesive user experiences and contribute to value propositions and roadmaps.Create simple, user-centered designs in Figma and act as a bridge between Frontend, the Product Owner, and our production users.Play a key role in the continuous enhancement and refinement of the product through monitoring, analysis, and iterative improvements.Constantly validate and refine ideas with real users, collecting new insights to assess the value of proposed features.Your competenciesWe expect you to bring:A relevant Master’s degree, and 4+ years’ experience within User Research, UX Design, UI Design, or Product Design.Proficiency in interface design, experience with design systems, and an awareness and curiosity towards trends in user interface design.Proficiency in research and design tools such as Figma, Dovetail, or Maze.Demonstrated track record of driving user-centric processes in cross-functional teams in a pragmatic manner.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions to stakeholders, showcasing the Design Thinking way of working through convincing deliverables.Experience collaborating in agile project teams with software developers, scrum masters, and product owners.Self-reflection, openness to feedback, and the ability to contribute to a constructive and positive atmosphere.Fluency in English and Danish.Location: BagsværdAllocation: 100%Start date: 15/02/2026End date: 14/02/2027 (possibility of extension)
