Senior IT PM with SAP EWM Implementation Experience from Production Sites

Senior IT PM with SAP EWM implementation experience from production sites.Responsible for the Deployment Team managing one or more implementations in the Deployment track. The Project Manager focuses on detailing implementation plans based on the execution model, ensuring high quality and progress in all activities. Furthermore, the role will secure proactive risk reporting on the different implementations and also status reports with clear back-to-green actions.Proven track record needs to be documented and with referencesSolid understanding of the overall system and surrounding IT systemsSolid experience in IT Project Management, preferably within a technology or manufacturing environment.Main Responsibilities:Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining scope, goals, deliverables, required resources, budget, and timing.Oversee project execution, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met on time and within budget. Monitor and report on project progress.Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them.Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to provide updates on project status and address any issues or concerns.Allocate and manage project resources effectively, ensuring optimal utilization.Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations.Maintain detailed project documentation, including plans, reports, and logs.Delivering status reports with clear back-to-green actions.Responsible for ensuring line of business is ready for execution, go-live, and operations.Ensure a process for handover to operations and maintenance team after hypercare.Key Requirements:Proven track record with documentation and references.Solid understanding of overall systems and surrounding IT systems.Experience in IT Project Management in technology or manufacturing environments.Nice to Have:Experience with SAP solutions beyond EWM.Previous experience in leading cross-functional teams.Other Details:Remote role with a project duration of approximately 6-12 months, focused on technology implementations in the manufacturing sector.Location: BallerupAllocation: 100%Start date: 18/01/2026End date: 17/01/2027 (possibility of extension)
