The primary focus is on the manufacturing domain, covering initiatives related to operational hardware, cybersecurity, and OT cloud-based application solutions, including MES systems.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of a complex, multi-project program.Forecast, plan, schedule, and ensure successful delivery in line with business objectives.Lead and coordinate multiple project managers across the portfolio.Operate effectively within a highly matrixed organization involving numerous internal and external stakeholders and vendors.Identify, map, and manage cross-project dependencies and cross-functional initiatives across regions.Utilize project portfolio management tools (e.g., Planview or similar) for planning, tracking, and reporting.Portfolio Focus AreasOperational & Hardware Projects
- Strong emphasis on manufacturing rollout initiatives.Cybersecurity Initiatives
- Ensuring secure and compliant manufacturing environments.OT Cloud-Based Applications & MES
- Deployment and delivery of MES and related OT solutions.Greenfield & Supply Chain Projects
- Supporting new manufacturing site setups and smaller supply chain initiatives.Required Experience & SkillsProven experience as a Program Manager in complex, fast-paced organizations.Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and related project challenges.Experience managing projects across multiple geographies and time zones.Hands-on experience with Planview or equivalent portfolio management tools.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Ability to synthesize complex information, manage dependencies, and drive results across multiple teams.Nice to HaveCertifications such as PMI / PgMP.If you are interested or know someone who might be a good fit, apply directly and I will be happy to share more details about the project.
