Senior / Lead Developer (Python & Azure Cloud Environment)

Build critical data platforms. Own the outcomes.This is a senior individual contributor role within a global, mission-driven healthcare environment. You’ll design and deliver core data platform capabilities that support high-impact, regulated products used at global scale.We’re looking for someone brought in for judgement and ownership, not just delivery. What you will be doingYour key responsibilities include the following:Own end-to-end design and implementation of data pipelines on a Databricks LakehouseBuild and optimize Python for large-scale data processingDesign data models, schemas, and lineage from business and regulatory requirementsSet up and maintain CI/CD (Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions)Ensure production quality: testing, security, performance, observabilityWhat we are looking forWe are seeking a candidate with an educational background in Computer Science, Software Development, or Engineering, as well as experience in some of the following areas:5+ years professional Python experience (data-heavy systems)Hands-on Databricks and Lakehouse architecture experienceStrong data modeling and warehousing backgroundExperience with GraphQL APIsAzure cloud experience (Data Lake, Databricks, Storage)
