Description Our client, a globally recognized advisory firm, is seeking a strategic and hands-on finance leader to support its continued international growth. With a strong presence across major financial and cultural hubs, the organization is known for delivering sophisticated, client-first solutions with discretion and expertise. This Director of Accounting role is a senior leadership position responsible for overseeing the full finance function across multiple entities. Reporting directly to executive leadership, you'll play a critical role in financial strategy, reporting, and operational excellence while partnering closely with senior stakeholders and the Board. Key Responsibilities • Lead consolidated financial reporting, including monthly management accounts across multiple subsidiaries • Own group-wide financial forecasting, budgeting, and cash flow reporting for leadership and the Board • Drive FP& A best practices, including P& L reporting, forecasting reviews, and business performance analysis • Deliver financial insights through profitability analysis, modeling, and decision-support reporting • Optimize and enhance accounting systems (Sage Intacct) to streamline processes and accelerate month-end close • Establish, implement, and maintain robust financial controls, policies, and procedures • Oversee all tax, audit, and statutory reporting requirements in partnership with external advisors • Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team while driving cost control and risk management initiatives For immediate consideration please contact Ben.XXXX XXXX@roberthalf.
