Accenture is looking for a Data Scientist for Accenture Strategy & Consulting - AI&Data practice in Helsinki.

In your role you will:

• Serve as a trusted consultant by integrating advanced analytics into business operations to address complex client challenges.
• Develop and deploy tailored analytics solutions that generate actionable insights for a wide range of client needs.
• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their unique business problems and deliver impactful data-driven recommendations.
• Play a key role in transforming business strategies using data science expertise within Accenture's AI & Data practice.
• Bring detailed and comprehensive industry knowledge and experience to support delivery of client projects.

Qualification

Job requirements To succeed in this role, we expect you to have:

• MSc or PhD in a relevant field (e.g., Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics)
• Ability to translate analytics into business impact, prioritize use cases, and communicate insights clearly while collaborating with stakeholders.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and data/AI tools (Databricks, Snowflake)
• Proficiency in Python/R and SQL for data science tasks
• Knowledge of data engineering basics, data modeling, and data management
• Hands-on experience in data wrangling, exploratory analysis, and advanced analytics
• Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik) for interactive visualizations
• Understanding of enterprise-level data and AI strategy
• Excellent English communication skills; proficiency in a Nordic language is a plus
