Full Stack Developer

Role Overview

As a Full Stack Developer at ONEiO Cloud Oy, you will be part of a highly skilled and collaborative engineering team responsible for developing and operating ONEiO's leading edge, AI-driven Integration Automation Platform. You will build new product features across both backend and frontend layers, helping global customers configure, manage, and monitor integrations with ease. This role is essential in scaling our product capabilities and delivering a high-quality user experience within a resilient SaaS platform.

Key Responsibilities

Development & Technical Excellence

• Design, implement, and maintain product features across backend and frontend technologies
• Collaborate with engineers, product management, and UX to deliver seamless end-to-end solutions
• Write clean, testable, and maintainable code with attention to quality and reliability
• Take part in technical design and architectural decisions
• Embrace a DevOps mindset by contributing to deployment, monitoring, and operational improvements
• Improve engineering practices through automation, documentation, and continuous feedback

What We're Looking For

• 3-5 years of experience in full stack development, platform engineering, or SaaS product development
• Proven track record building scalable web applications with strong backend and frontend capabilities
• Deep expertise in Java/Spring Boot and TypeScript/Angular with understanding of modern development practices
• Experience with microservices, REST APIs, and CI/CD in cloud-native environments
• A collaborative engineer who can inspire technical excellence and drive results across diverse teams
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to balance technical depth with customer impact

Technology Stack & Requirements

Required:

• Strong experience with Java and Spring Boot
• Experience with modern frontend development using TypeScript and Angular
• Good understanding of REST APIs and microservice architectures
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and testing frameworks
• Fluency in English (spoken and written)

Nice to have:

• Experience with Kafka or other event-driven systems
• Experience in Kotlin
• Experience with MongoDB or other NoSQL/document databases
• AWS and Kubernetes familiarity
• Observability tooling (e.g., New Relic, PagerDuty)
• Familiarity with Docker and scripting (e.g., JavaScript or Python)
• DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering exposure
