We are continuously looking for skilled people with interest to work in Defence business project, particularly with our teams in Jyväskylä or in Tampere! Quite often our project teams consists of Project Managers, Architects, Engineers, Security experts and even Design specialists. There is always need for Fullstack Designers and Developers, Embedded System Engineers, AI specialists, Quality Assurance Experts and DevOps Engineers, to name some. Naturally, the mindset and the willingness to work in this business matters the most. Show us what you can bring with you!

Please note, that for many of our projectsExperience with secure development lifecycle and a mindset to work with critical software processes and KATAKRI requirements. Previous experience in security classified projects and is an advantage but not necessarily a requirement.

What we valuate

• Degree in suitable area, e.g. technology, electronics, physics or computer
• Experience using AI tools as part of your work is definitely something we appreciate - as is the curiosity to learn more

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work mostly on-site in Tampere, Jyväskylä or at some of our customers in Finland.
• Ability to work in Finnish and to follow the industry special processes.
• Good communication skills and ambitious attitude
• Experience with Agile methodologies
• Please note that Security Clearance might be needed for our projects.
