Tech Lead Full Stack Laravel / React

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer who operates at Tech Lead level. This role focuses on architecture ownership, technical decision-making, and team leadership in complex e-commerce and SaaS products.

Format: Remote (candidates located in Ukraine or Europe) Company: 3DVisual Studio Company type: Product Salary: up to 5000$ gross English level: B2+ Core Requirements & Tech Stack 5+ years of commercial experience with PHP (Laravel) 3+ years of experience with React Experience with Magento / Shopware / WooCommerce (at least 2 years) 2+ years in a Lead / Tech Lead role Strong experience in system architecture design Experience with high-load / scalable systems Strong knowledge of APIs, performance, and security Experience with legacy code and refactoring

Responsibilities Analyze and improve system architecture (includes creation of diagrams and documentation) Make and validate technical decisions Lead developers and ensure delivery quality Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices Communicate with stakeholders and third-party integrations
