SEO Expert– Google Penalty Recovery and SEO Strategy

We are looking for an experienced SEO Expert who has successfully worked with websites, focusing on DACH region.

Your Responsibilities: Analyze websites impacted by Google penalties or deindexing Identify causes of ranking drops, manual actions, or algorithmic penalties Develop and implement recovery strategies Build and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy aligned with business goals Define keyword strategy, content roadmap, and technical improvements Conduct technical SEO audits and fix critical issues Clean up backlink profiles and manage disavow processes Ensure compliance with Google guidelines moving forward Monitor performance and continuously optimize for sustainable growth

Your Profile: Proven experience in SEO Strong ability to develop and lead SEO strategies Deep understanding of Google algorithms and ranking factors Hands-on experience with tools like Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc. Knowledge of technical SEO, on-page and off-page optimization Experience in backlink audits and recovery strategies Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills Nice to Have: Experience with international SEO Familiarity with different CMS platforms Basic understanding of HTML/CSS What We Offer: Opportunity to work on challenging and high-impact SEO projects Flexible working environment Competitive compensation
