We are looking for a proactive, responsible, and highly motivated Recruiter / Researcher to join our team and help us attract top IT talent across European markets. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on research, candidate engagement, and process optimization, and wants to contribute to building a high-performing international recruitment operation.
Responsibilities: Source candidates using LinkedIn, Djinni, GitHub, and other platforms Build and maintain candidate pipelines for open and upcoming roles Conduct initial outreach and pre-screening Use automation tools to scale sourcing and outreach processes Maintain accurate data in CRM and internal systems
Requirements: 1+ year of experience in sourcing or recruiting Hands-on experience with LinkedIn automation tools and sourcing platforms Experience using tools for automated outreach and candidate tracking (e.g., LinkedIn Helper, PhantomBuster, etc.) Understanding of IT roles and technologies Understanding of European talent markets and hiring specifics Strong research skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
