We are looking for a skilled recruiter with experience in the iGaming sector to join our team as both a partner and a professional.
We want someone who can work independently, is highly motivated, and truly passionate about recruitment. If you can identify top talent, engage candidates throughout the hiring process, and ensure they complete the journey to an offer, we value your expertise and will reward it.
Instead of a one-hour screening call, we use a brief 7–10 minute questionnaire. Candidates should be prepared to complete it. Those who pass will move directly to an interview with the HRD.
You are: 2+ years of recruitment experience (iGaming experience is required) Experienced in hiring for roles in the gambling / online entertainment niche (SMM, Affiliate, Media Buyers, etc.) Familiar with sourcing tools: X-ray, Boolean search, job boards, LinkedIn English: Intermediate or higher Equipped with your own Telegram channels and LinkedIn groups for finding candidates in digital / gaming roles Skilled in using tools to automate sourcing and recruitment tasks and building candidate pipelines Confident in guiding candidates to the offer stage
