Senior Backend Engineer (Python / Django)

Join a fast-growing company building AI-powered educational products. The platform uses Python/Django (backend) and ReactJS (frontend). You don’t need deep Python experience — strong backend fundamentals and the ability to work with new code are more important. The interview includes an AI-assisted coding session.

What You’ll Do Build and improve backend features (Python/Django) Create new backend services Work on integrations with third-party systems Improve system quality, monitoring, and scalability Participate in A/B testing and product improvements Take part in on-call rotation (1 week every 5 weeks)

Requirements Experience with large-scale web applications Strong problem-solving skills Willingness to support small JS/TS tasks Good communication skills (B2+ English) High ownership and independence
