Lead Generation Specialist (AI-driven Outreach)
Description
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building high-quality lead databases, executing personalized outreach campaigns, and contributing to pipeline growth. Requirements Previous lead generation experience 3+ years in software development outsourcing, IT services, or digital agencies Practical experience using AI to speed up research, enrichment, personalization Strong hands-on experience with tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, and AI-based solutions (e.g., Origami, Generative Spark, etc.) for building ICP-based company lists Proven experience with sales/marketing automation tools (Reply.io, Lemlist, Instantly, Apollo, etc.) Practical experience with cold outreach (email and/or LinkedIn), with a solid understanding of sequences and follow-ups Ability to communicate confidently in written English ( B2+ level): ask XXXX XXXX and handle common objections Experience in independent research: ability to identify target markets, build lead databases from scratch, and structure data for outreach Readiness to work with clear KPIs and activity targets (contacts, leads, meetings, nurturing tasks) Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a systematic approach to working with data Responsibilities Build ICP-based company lists from scratch based on target criteria Conduct in-depth research to identify relevant companies and decision-makers Find and verify contact data (emails, LinkedIn profiles) Create and execute personalized outreach campaigns (email + LinkedIn) Write tailored messages with a high level of personalization Maintain and update data in tracking sheets / CRM systems Monitor and continuously improve outreach performance and conversion rates Collaborate closely with the Head of Sales and the Lead Generation team
