Delivery Manager / Project Manager (IT, Multi-Project Environment)
Description
We are looking for a Delivery Manager / Project Manager to lead multiple client projects across our key directions: Gepard (eCommerce PIM SaaS), B-hive (AI-driven solutions), and custom developments. This role is for a result-oriented professional who excels in structured management, stakeholder communication, and end-to-end delivery.
Requirements Experience: 3+ years as a PM/DM in IT (must-have). Multi-project Management: Proven track record of managing multiple streams/clients simultaneously. B2B Skills: Strong experience in B2B communication and stakeholder management. Tools: Expert knowledge of Jira & Confluence (backlog management, task prioritization). Languages: Excellent English (written and spoken). Mindset: Proactive ownership, strong organizational skills, and a focus on outcomes rather than just processes. Technical Basics: Ability to effectively communicate with developers and understand technical requirements. Key Responsibilities End-to-End Delivery: Lead 2–5+ projects simultaneously from discovery to release and support. Ensure delivery on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals. Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for B2B clients. Manage expectations, conduct demos, and maintain high client satisfaction. Planning & Requirements: Gather requirements, define roadmaps, and manage backlogs. Balance business needs with technical constraints. Team Coordination: Run Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, planning, retros) for cross-functional teams (BE, FE, QA, AI, BA). Gepard & Support Excellence: Manage eCommerce data integrations and handle support requests within SLA. Perform basic QA validation before releases. Reporting & Control: Track delivery metrics (actual vs. estimated effort), prepare financial/operational reports, and manage risks/escalations. Process Ownership: Maintain high hygiene in Jira/Confluence and continuously improve delivery workflows Nice to Have Experience with eCommerce / SaaS products (PIM knowledge is a huge plus). Experience with AI / data-driven solutions. Background in handling support processes and SLA management.
