We are looking for a Recruiter to strengthen our team and help us attract top talent to Softsich 🚀 Responsibilities: Sourcing & Attraction: Source candidates for Retention and Operations roles (VIP/CRM/Support/Sales/PSP) via LinkedIn, Djinni, Dou, job boards, etc.; manage applications; build shortlists; maintain candidate database; develop strategies to engage passive candidates; work with ATS (PeopleForce). Selection: Conduct initial video interviews; assess technical, professional, and cultural fit; coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand needs; advise on salaries, market trends, and candidate expectations; provide regular updates on hiring progress. Process Development: Optimize recruitment processes and develop effective hiring strategies. Employer Branding: Strengthen employer brand; participate in events; create LinkedIn content. Hiring & Onboarding: Support candidates through the full hiring cycle; manage offers and negotiations. Analytics: Track and analyze recruitment performance; prepare reports; conduct market and competitor research. Requirements: 2+ years of experience in recruitment (preferably in Marketing or related domains). Experience working with ATS systems (PeopleForce is a strong advantage) Hiring experience in Retention and Operations roles (VIP Account Managers, CRM Managers, Customer Support, Sales, PSP, etc.). English level that allows confident written and verbal communication with candidates. Deep understanding of the full recruitment cycle — from briefing to offer acceptance and onboarding. Ability to build and adjust sourcing strategies according to business priorities. Skills in collecting and analyzing recruiting metrics that reflect performance and impact hiring results.
