Full Stack Engineer (Rust + TypeScript / React)

Ми працюємо переважно з проєктами в доменах логістики (включно з last mile),e-commerce, fintech та банкінгу, а також enterprise-рішеннями. Для нас важливо, щоб проєкт був “чистим” і зрозумілим з точки зору етики та цінності для користувачів.

Ми принципово не беремо проєкти, пов’язані з: ● gambling / гемблінгом, ● adult-контентом та порнографією, ● шахрайством або будь-якою розробкою, що спрямована на обман чи маніпуляції.

Required: We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer with strong Rust and TypeScript/React experience to help design and build scalable backend services and modern web interfaces.

Project Overview: Fast-growing fintech / crypto infrastructure company that is building next-generation payment and financial systems.

Requirements (Must-have): • Develop backend services in Rust, including payment flows, settlement processes, integrations, and financial infrastructure components. • English-upper-intermediate or higher • Build and maintain modern web applications using TypeScript and React. • Design and implement REST APIs and integrations with internal services and external partners. • Work with blockchain RPCs and Web3 infrastructure. • Optimize performance and scalability of backend and frontend systems. • Design secure data handling systems and work with databases such as PostgreSQL and Redis. • Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to deliver reliable production systems. • Strong experience with Rust for backend development (or willingness to work heavily with Rust). • Solid TypeScript + React experience. • Understanding of blockchain / Web3 technologies and crypto infrastructure. • Experience deg scalable APIs. • Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, or similar databases. • Strong focus on security and reliability, especially in financial systems. • Ability to work in a fast-moving startup environment.
