Delivery Manager

Dataforest seeks an experienced Delivery Manager to lead and coordinate data engineering projects.

Requirements:

• 5–7 years of experience as a technical leader or project manager, with a preference for candidates with 10 years of experience.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to effectively manage a team.
• Experience working with project budgets and understanding financial metrics.
• Deep understanding of the project delivery process.
• Understanding of Python, API, and SQL.
• Possession of project management tools.
• Experience in account management and building long-term relationships with clients.
• English language - Advanced or Fluent level.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate project teams, including PMs, developers, and resource functions, with a focus on Data Engineering projects.
• Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of Data Engineering projects.
• Maintain and develop long-term relationships with clients, striving to increase their satisfaction.
• Manage project budgets and ensure the achievement of set financial indicators.
• Oversee all aspects of project execution—from planning to delivery.
• Participate in identifying client needs and generating additional business opportunities.
