What you’ll be doing: Design and enhance quality assurance processes aligned with AML regulations Conduct audits and internal reviews to identify and mitigate compliance risks Monitor transactions and customer activity for suspicious behavior Investigate and escalate potential money laundering cases Collaborate cross-functionally to improve AML controls and reporting accuracy Review and manage compliance-related communications, including incoming emails Handle multiple compliance tasks while maintaining precision and efficiency What we’re looking for: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or similar 2+ years of experience in AML, compliance, or quality assurance (financial services preferred) Strong knowledge of AML regulations and risk-based frameworks Hands-on experience with AML controls, monitoring, and investigations Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines High attention to detail and strong sense of responsibility A proactive mindset and eagerness to continuously learn and grow Strong communication and teamwork skills What’s in it for you: Competitive salary package Comprehensive benefits Continuous learning & development opportunities A collaborative, international, and compliance-driven environment The chance to work at the intersection of FinTech, regulation, and innovation
