Senior Analyst (iGaming)

About the Role We are looking for a Senior Analyst to help us grow the business through data. You will analyze key metrics, find growth opportunities, and turn insights into real actions that impact revenue.

Responsibilities Analyze key metrics (GGR, NGR, LTV, ARPU, churn, ROI) and identify growth drivers Find issues in the funnel (deposits, retention, churn) and suggest solutions Build dashboards and reports (Power BI / Tableau) Run A/B tests and validate hypotheses Do market benchmarking and compare performance with competitors Prepare clear insights and present them to stakeholders Focus on high-impact tasks and business results Requirements 3+ years of experience in analytics (iGaming is a must) Strong SQL and/or Python Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) Good understanding of key metrics: LTV, retention, churn, funnel, GGR/NGR Experience with A/B testing and data-driven decision making Ability to turn data into clear insights and recommendations Soft skills: Proactive and result-oriented Strong analytical thinking Good communication skills Ability to prioritize and focus on what matters
