Junior/Middle Project Manager

• Premier Partner of AWS, specializing in Cloud Architecture, DevOps, DevSecOps and FinOps. We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone eager to grow their project management skills in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment. You will have the opportunity to work closely with Senior Project Manager and cross-functional teams, gaining hands-on experience while managing smaller projects and supporting larger initiatives. This role offers excellent growth potential, with a focus on learning and development.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of multiple projects in parallel. Work alongside senior project managers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. Develop project documentation including project plans, timelines, and status reports. Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements, track progress, and communicate project updates. Assist in identifying project risks and developing mitigation strategies. Support the team in maintaining and improving project management processes. Participate in team meetings, providing input on project status and suggesting improvements. Gain knowledge of various project management tools and methodologies.

Skills & Qualifications:

Knowledge of English - Upper Intermediate + Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or related field will be a plus. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Eagerness to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Basic understanding of project management principles and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello). Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail. Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with an ability to manage competing demands; Good negotiation skills, knowledge of business etiquette, excellent communication skills; Strong team orientation and the ability to build cohesiveness to achieve results.
