Middle Project Manager

Phenomenon Studio is a full-cycle design and development company founded in 2019. We help startups and small to medium-sized businesses build and scale products across Healthcare, EdTech, SaaS, FinTech, and Web3 industries. We are expanding our team and looking for a Project Manager to support new upcoming projects. You will lead delivery from brief to launch, ensuring alignment, clarity, and on-time execution across teams. PMO Team: PM Lead, 7 PMs Project Load: Up to 5 concurrent projects, typically 3–6 months in duration Teams: In-house teams, usually around 5 people per project

Requirements: 3+ years of commercial Project Management experience working with design and development teams Understanding of web apps and mobile design and development processes Proven experience in successful project delivery, meeting scope, budget, timeline, and quality expectations Strong knowledge of SDLC and project management methodologies Proven experience in preparing project documentation, including roadmaps, milestones, timelines, and project reports Effective communication skills when working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Strong time management, leadership, and problem-solving skills Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously Advanced English, both spoken and written (B2+ minimum)

Responsibilities: Lead projects (web and mobile apps design and development) from brief to launch Prepare project timelines and roadmaps to ensure successful delivery Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, objectives, and deliverables for each project or iteration Monitor task completion, team workload, and project progress while proactively removing roadblocks Maintain clear and up-to-date project documentation Manage expectations both internally and externally Identify and resolve issues that arise during project execution Ensure team alignment around shared goals and priorities
