Key Responsibilities: Vendor Sourcing: Finding and establishing connections with major mobile dealers, wholesalers, and local partners across target regions. Bulk Procurement: Organizing regular purchases of large batches of SIM cards from various mobile operators on the most favorable terms. Compliance & Negotiation: Negotiating prices and navigating local limitations on mass registration/activation of cards. Logistics Management: Controlling the delivery chain: from the vendor's warehouse to our specialists in various locations. Quality Assurance: Pre-checking batches for "purity" (ensuring no prior registrations in Google/SMS services). Inventory Tracking: Keeping records of stock levels, monitoring SIM card lifespans, and planning future deliveries. Requirements: Language Skills: Fluent Ukrainian and the local language of the operational region (Native/C2) — essential for negotiations with local businesses. Background: 1+ years of experience in procurement, logistics, or telecommunications within the relevant market. Networking: Strong skills in finding informal supply channels and negotiating special terms. Proactive Attitude: Ability to independently solve logistics issues and handle replacements for defective goods.
