Kotlin Developer (Backend)

📍 Czech Republic / Hybrid (EU) (Once per month you need to be in Prague) 💼 Full-time / B2B

We are looking for a Kotlin Developer to join a growing team working on modern, high-performance applications. In this role, you will focus primarily on backend development, building scalable and reliable services using Kotlin and Spring Boot.

You will collaborate closely with product and design teams to deliver high-quality solutions and continuously improve system performance and architecture.

🔧 Responsibilities Develop and maintain backend applications using Kotlin Design and implement RESTful APIs Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, engineering) Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code Ensure performance, scalability, and reliability of applications Identify bottlenecks and fix bugs Maintain code quality, structure, and automation processes Follow best practices and stay up-to-date with modern technologies

⚙️ Requirements Commercial experience as a Kotlin Developer or similar role Strong knowledge of Kotlin + Spring Boot Experience working with REST APIs and integrations Good understanding of Git and version control Experience with CI/CD pipelines Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage your time Good communication skills and teamwork mindset

➕Nice to have Experience with cloud platforms Experience in microservices architecture Experience in e-commerce or high-load systems
