We’re building Integri-X — an AI-powered SaaS platform that helps asset-intensive companies: Maximize asset lifespan Reduce downtime and maintenance costs Digitize inspections and defect management Improve collaboration between internal teams and contractors Used across industries: Oil & Gas Mining Construction Energy & Utilities We’re looking for a Lead Generation Specialist who can build pipeline from scratch, run outreach campaigns, and convert leads into qualified calls.

What You Will Do Own the sales process: prospecting, qualification, outreach (into calls and demo could be an option in the future). Build scalable outbound systems using: LinkedIn automation, Email automation. Maintain and track the pipeline in HubSpot CRM. Prepare sales materials, follow-ups, and commercial offers. Build and maintain a predictable pipeline. Use AI tools (nice to have) to scale personalization and research.

What We Expect Experience with SaaS or product sales 1+ year. Hands-on with LinkedIn automation tools, Email automation platforms, HubSpot (or similar CRM). English level Intermediate+. Nice to have experience using AI tools in sales / outreach. Proactive mindset, ability to work independently and prioritize responsibilities.
