Klaviyo Project Manager

Mail Wizards is an email marketing agency that works with ecommerce brands to increase their revenue through email. We're looking for a Klaviyo Project Manager to take full ownership of client accounts and drive measurable results.

What you'll do:

• Manage Klaviyo accounts end-to-end for multiple ecommerce clients - Own key metrics: open rate, click rate, conversion rate, submit rate
• Run A/B tests and execute data-driven hypotheses
• Brief and manage copywriters and designers
• Maintain and improve email deliverability (inbox placement, domain reputation, spam rate)
• Communicate directly with agency founders
