Paid Social Media Buyer — eCommerce Specialist
Description
Please note: We review every application carefully, but we only consider candidates who have directly managed Meta Ads for an e-commerce brand or agency. If that is not your background, this role is not the right fit.
About Evestar
Evestar is one of the fastest-growing e-commerce marketing agencies in North America, founded by a billion-dollar entrepreneur. We manage paid media, retention marketing, and creative strategy for a portfolio of DTC brands across Meta, TikTok, Google, and beyond. Our team is lean, sharp, and deeply embedded in the results of every client we work with.
The environment here is fast and dynamic. If you are ambitious and hard-working, this place will accelerate your career in ways most agencies cannot. If you need a lot of structure or thrive in slow-moving organizations, it is probably not the right fit. We are looking for go-getters who are energized by the complexity of e-commerce and love identifying solutions to hard growth problems. Think of yourself as a combination of skilled entrepreneur and digital marketer. Someone who knows how to adjust when the landscape gets harder, stays calm when results get messy, and brings their best to every client call regardless of what the dashboard says.
The Role As a Paid Social Media Buyer at Evestar, you will be the catalyst for the growth of your clients' businesses. You'll manage paid social campaigns across a portfolio of e-commerce accounts, primarily on Meta with exposure to TikTok, and serve as the primary point of contact from strategy through reporting. You show up every week as the most prepared person in the room. This role is as much about people as it is about performance. You will be on weekly calls with clients, presenting results, walking through strategy, and earning trust through clear communication and confident delivery. If you light up in front of an audience, love turning data into a compelling story, and get energy from building client relationships, this is the role for you. You will not just execute tasks handed down from above. You will build strategy, own outcomes, and act as a true performance partner to every brand on your roster.

Proven track record scaling direct-to-consumer e-commerce businesses through Meta ads at an agency or in-house
Outstanding client communication skills - you are comfortable leading calls solo, presenting to business owners, and holding the room
A natural presenter who can take a week of campaign data and turn it into a crisp, confident narrative that clients actually look forward to hearing
Outgoing, energetic, and relationship-driven - you get energy from people, not just dashboards
High emotional intelligence - you know how to read a room, deliver hard news with grace, and build trust over time
A unique combination of humility (willing to do the dirty work) and ambition (a clear vision for where you are headed)
Deep understanding of Meta campaign structure, auction dynamics, pixel/CAPI tracking, and creative performance
Familiarity with key e-commerce metrics: ROAS, NC-ROAS, MER, CAC, and LTV
Commitment to staying current on platform changes, strategies, and best practices - the landscape shifts fast and you stay ahead of it
Nice to Have
Experience with TikTok Ads Manager and/or other paid social platforms
Familiarity with TripleWhale, Northbeam, or other MTA/attribution tools
Working knowledge of Shopify, Klaviyo, and how paid and retention channels work together
Exposure to Meta CAPI or server-side tracking configurations

What You'll Get
$2,000 - $4,000 per month
Fully remote work

A fast-moving team that rewards ambition and invests in growth

A clear growth path as the agency scales - this role grows with us
Our Hiring Process We keep things straightforward and move quickly. If your background looks like a fit, here is what to expect: Short video pre-screening - a few questions so we can see how you show up on camera
Intro interview with our team to learn more about you and share more about the role
Paid media assessment - a practical exercise based on a real client scenario
Final conversation with agency leadership
We respect your time throughout the process and aim to give you a clear answer quickly.
