Hi there! We’re Softsich 👋 A young, ambitious, and fast-growing company creating innovative digital products. We’re looking for a CRM Specialist who can combine analytics, creativity, and a systematic approach to user engagement at Softsich. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Launch promo campaigns and seasonal events.
- Organize raffles and engagement activities to retain and re-activate users.
- Analyze the performance of campaigns and promotions.
- Develop promotion mechanics and prepare technical requirements for developers.
- Communicate with users via email, SMS, messengers, push notifications, and social media.
- Set up trigger-based and automated communication flows.
- Brief and coordinate design, copywriting, and analytics teams.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis. It’s a match if you have:
- 6+ months of experience in CRM marketing.
- English proficiency at the Intermediate level.
- Experience working with email/SMS/Web-push channels, tableau and Customer.io.
- Ability to create segments and automation flows.
- Understanding of HTML/CSS for editing email templates.
- Ability to work with analytical reports. Would be an advantage: Experience working with SoftSwiss.
