We are looking for a Help Desk Specialist to join our team at Sii Ukraine. You will join a Service Desk Team for one of the biggest delivery companies. You will take responsibility for troubleshooting issues with computer hardware and providing general IT assistance.
Your tasks: Prepare laptops for new employees and recover laptops for terminated employees Perform user support for the current hardware present in our office Provide ticket management and basic Network support with the help of our network team Conduct the inventory process Order and collect hardware Configure access card Find and interact with local hardware providers or partners Propose a technical solution to the local issue reported
Requirements: At least 2–3 years of experience in user support (Apple or Linux workstations) Ability to be physically present in the Kyiv office (Arsenalna metro) Experience in IT processes and helpdesk tasks Very good communication skills Good knowledge of English — min. B2 Tax Residence in Ukraine is required, and fluency in the Ukrainian language
