Founded in 2020, we are a focused team of 9 engineers and product specialists building and operating a production-grade AI platform that processes large-scale customer communication data across voice and chat channels. Our systems help companies optimize operations through AI-driven speech and text analytics. What you’ll work on • Backend development for high-load conversation processing services • Building real-time analytics dashboards and data visualizations • Integrating LLM-powered features (transcription, sentiment analysis, summaries) • Integrations with CRM and contact center systems (Zendesk, Genesys, Vicidial etc.) You will work across the stack and own features end-to-end, from architecture decisions to production deployment.
Tech stack Backend Python 3.11+, FastAPI, SQLAlchemy, Celery, Redis, PostgreSQL Frontend Vue 3, TypeScript, Vuetify, Vite, WebSockets AI / Data LLM APIs, speech processing pipelines Infrastructure Docker, Kubernetes, AWS / GCP, OpenSearch, Traefik Tooling Git, GitHub Actions, pytest, pre-commit
Requirements • 5+ years of experience shipping production software • Experience with modern frontend frameworks (Vue / React) • Ability to work across backend and frontend components • Comfortable using AI tools to accelerate development • Self-driven engineer able to take ownership of features
